What this service covers
Assessment and repair of water entry through the building fabric, followed by agreed wall finishes. Pipework leaks or other causes may require a different repair scope.
Typical areas: Internal and external walls showing damp patches, staining or water entry.
What goes wrong.
Wet walls are usually a symptom of failed external waterproofing, leaking pipes within the wall, or rising damp. Painting over them only delays the inevitable.
